"IN CONTEMPT!" - HARPER GOVERNMENT OF CANADA reaches new heights

Canadian Opposition parties find Stephen Harper's minority Conservative government "IN CONTEMPT". The important thing here to remember is that our duly elected federal representatives (who garnered 64% of all federal votes cast in 2008) have found the MINORITY HARPER GOVERNMENT in contempt of OUR Parliament. After all the prorogues, all the lies, all the abuses, and all of the misuses of authority exhibited by the HARPER GOVERNMENT these past five years - it's about time!

  1. And I'm already hearing that its just the liberals playing politics with our glorious institutions.
The "normal" folks just don't seem to care anymore. No one I talk too thinks there is much of a problem with anything the cons have done. I can only hope that people start putting all the little stuff being done into a bigger picture.

  2. Peter,

What all good men and women of conscience across this land must always remember is (that all times) WE constitute the majority in this country. Not the "partisan WE" of NDP and Liberal stripe - but the WE who are opposed to Harpo & CO. - - and, depending on our riding, our beliefs, and our affiliations WE must act accordingly in the coming election. WE must vote!

  3. One potential game changer is if the liberal supporters who have sat out the past few elections return to the polls this time.

As for the recent polls showing conservative support slipping among seniors, I'm not surprised. Around Christmas last year, my 80yr old mom who's family has always voted PC or con , declared that she would never again vote for that "bastard Harper"

  4. doesn't Harper's contempt of parliament render him ineligible to run in this election?
